Our CNC path-controlled dressing solution with a diamond forming roller is ideal for precise and complex special shapes with an accuracy of 0.001 mm. Thanks to the vibration-free and rigid design of the cross and feed carriage, even the most demanding requirements can be met.

Our dressing device is also suitable for external rough dressing with stationary tools with lower precision. It can easily be retrofitted to existing systems. Our KW dressing device is used particularly in older systems where interpolating and precise machining via the existing machine axes is not possible.

The challenge is to make optimal use of the available space to install a massive dressing device with the required rigidity that can precisely follow the specified profile. We offer you flexible options for control technology: We can integrate the control technology into the existing machine control or provide you with an additional control that is implemented individually according to your wishes.
